De 23 jarige, uit Amerongen afkomstige Nicky Romero zal samen met Guetta muziek gaan maken, te beginnen met de release van de nieuwe single. Jack Back ft. David Guetta, Nicky Romero & Sia - Wild One Two welke deze week is uitgekomen op het legendarische Amerikaanse label, Big Beat Records.

The Management of Dutch DJ and producer Nicky Romero announced today that Nicky has signed with David Guetta. 

The deal is an incredibly exciting development in Nicky Romero’s career. The young producer’s charismatic personality, good looks and natural talent have made him hot property in recent months, this new deal is an early indication that he will be a 2012 addition to the ranks of the new breed of superstar DJs. 

David Guetta is one of the music industry’s most sought-after producers. At the forefront of the urban dance explosion, he has worked with a host of big names including Usher, Rihanna, Snoop Dogg, Kelly Rowland, Taio Cruz and Flo Rida.

Guetta is credited with creating the urban dance sound that now dominates charts across the globe. He has sold more than 5 million albums worldwide since his 2001 debut. Along with his two Grammys (one for his remix of Madonna’s Revolver in 2011, the other for his remix of One Love’s When Love Takes Over,) Guetta took home the Best DJ, Best Producer, and Best-Selling French Artist prizes at the 2010 World Music Awards.

Globetrotter Romero wowed audiences in Europe, Australia and the USA in 2011. Notable performances for 2012 include a slot at Ultra Music Festival during the Miami Winter Music Conference, a performance at the Mansion at the Fly Eye vs. Cr2 show and much more. 

Romero recently completed a smoking hot remix for Madonna. The original material girl is back in the spotlight once again with her new album MDNA slated for release in March. Nicky has also announced plans to start his own record label in 2012.

His latest track, Generation 303, is out now on Musical Freedom, the record label owned and run by Tiesto. The track is currently #2 in the Beatport Top 100 Download Chart, making this the third time in a row a Romero single has exploded into the top five. Romero has also accepted a residency at Guetta’s night, F*** Me I’m Famous, at Pacha in the dance capital of Ibiza. 

Romero, 23, will be making music alongside the Grammy Award-winning producer, starting with the release of a new single. Jack Back ft. David Guetta, Nicky Romero & Sia - Wild One Two, the track was released 3 days ago and already holds the #9 spot in the Beatport Top 100 download chart, so it is a total Romero chart takeover for now! 

The track pays tribute to Flo Rida’s 2011 smash hit, Wild Ones, taking the talented Sia’s vocal contribution and combining it with some irresistible big room hooks. 

Wild One Two got its worldwide premiere on Pete Tong’s BBC Radio One show earlier this month. A preview of the track is available on Soundcloud and has already racked up more than 50,000 plays.
