Christian Alxs’ passion for music began at a very young age. Being raised in a very musical, Chilean, family, he started playing percussion at the age of 3.
He got infected by the music being played at home by his family. From a young age music was the most important thing in his life, with Michael Jackson, Prince, Hector Lavoe, Ruben Blades and the rest of the Fania All Stars being the most important artists to inspire him.
He started playing in several Latin bands together with his father and uncle. After listening a lot of HipHop growing up, he started listening to electronic music around the age of 14/15 like The Prodigy and later on Chocolate Puma, Erick E and Olav Basoski. But after hearing Hardsoul's ROOG perform he was mesmerised by the soulfulness in Housemusic.
Nowadays Christian Alxs is active as a DJ, A&R, Social Media - Event & Artist Manager working for artists like Dutch Tech talent PROJECT89, ROOG, HOUSEQUAKE and the legendary TODD TERRY.
He's performed at venues like the iconic Club Manhattan in Arnhem; Mad Fox Amsterdam, Free Your Mind Festival, Festifoort, XaXa Ibiza, STAN & CO. Arnhem and has a summer residency at the famous Beachclub Bloomingdale.
Expect a night filled with all things called House!
