∆ Sylphe
Sylphe is the brainchild of Holdie Gawn & Micawber. The mysterious duo has been working in the studio for a very long time, taking inspiration by the works of Ricardo Villalobos, Zip, Thomas Melchior and Baby Ford. When the right time came - February 2013 - Sylphe was launched and became quickly establish as one of the most promising outlets of forward-thinking electronic music in Europe.
The label released eight records during the past 3 years. Each record, is featuring a track from each artist on each, with Holdie Gawn taking the A side and Micawber the B side. Since it's early days Sylphe has hit critical acclaim for their edgy, experimental and modern take on deep house and techno. All of the releases have been sold out quickly and supported by an array of international djs and producers.
The relationship between Sylphe and Paradigm is a long standing one, with hostings at the festival and in the club. For the second 'Syplhe invites', Perlon's very own Margaret Dygas is joining the bill. Needing no introduction really, Margaret has carved a very respectful path in the minimal house and techno scene, having produced a excellent discography and is well known for her awesome record collection which indludes rare, obscure and exotic gems. We are very much looking forward to have her and Sylphe on board on the 19th of December!
