This brand new club night celebrates the new wave of talent exploding from Amsterdam’s house music scene – these artists now taking their sounds worldwide.
So who are these ‘DECKSTARS’?
• Dannic – Off the back of his most prolific run at Miami WMC to date, Dutch rising star and recurring Revealed Recordings favourite DANNIC returns to the label with new aptly titled “Viper”. This new banger is the follow up to his late 2012 bigroom banger release ‘Flare’ which reached the Beatport Top 10 and still has a prominent place in key record boxes. With mixing his debut compilation for the label and remix duties for Kid Massive & Alex Sayz’ “Strong”, his re-emergence upon the peak time skyline sets in motion yet further reasons to believe that the young producer is here to stay. ‘Viper’ which premiered in Hardwell’s Ultra liveset which gained over 2,5 million views in two weeks already is armed with fatal drops and energetic lead work, “Viper” is an anthem bred on dance floor destruction, one that is sure to excel DANNIC’s reputation enroute to the summer festival season.
• GlowInTheDark – Kevin & Albert were inspired by their heroes N*E*R*D, Dj Chuckie, Daftpunk and Coldplay. They discovered a huge inspiration that they wanted to translate into their own world. At that moment they decided to conquer the world with their own sound and lifestyle, an inseparable duo with a large selection of musical production knowledge and skills.
They first started creating beats, tracks and remixes in the studio for several artists as ghost producers in a wide range of different styles. Their musical style and interest can be best described as electronic pop, with all kind of influence from around the globe.
• Julian Jordan – is already traveling around the world to play at the biggest festivals and the best clubs in Mexico, India and Miami. While Martin Garrix releases big tracks like, Torrent with Sidney Samson, on Tiesto’s Musical Freedom label. With the age of 16 he is also the youngest DJ that ever played at Privilege Ibiza, the largest club in the world.
• Tv Noise & Jay Hardway - Really Deckstars, these upcoming producers with tracks signed at Spinnin Records are people to watch!
• Youri Alexander - Is taking his deep house sound worldwide. After hitting Pacha Ibiza, he is back in Amsterdam to rock AIR on the 7th of June!
