First of all, we want to thank all of you for your heartfelt support over the last couple of weeks. We’ve received numerous lovely messages from Paradigmers all of over the world. Our appreciation can hardly be put into words. It is with a heavy heart that we have to announce that Paradigm Festival 2020 will be postponed until 2021 because of the new COVID-19 measures been taken by the government. This year would’ve been the 10th anniversary edition, a crowning achievement amongst all our get-togethers and an homage to all the memories we've made over the years. Alas, it wasn’t meant to be. So we’re going to focus on next year!
What does this mean for you?
Your Paradigm Festival 2020 ticket will remain valid for Paradigm Festival 2021! We’ll make sure this process will be taken care of for you, you don’t have to do anything. We hope you save your ticket because you’re not only helping the numerous freelancers, stage builders, artists, suppliers and partners we’re working with, it also means the interconnected parts we play in the cultural sector and it’s continuity will be maintained. We aren’t planning on stopping any time soon and we want to keep focussing our efforts towards sharing that particular Paradigm feeling with you all for years to come.
What if you can’t make the new date?
After the government announced the measures to be taken against COVID-19, the Culture and Event sector immediately reached out to the Ministry of Economic Affairs and the Dutch authority for consumers to provide the best possible solution for both the sector and its visitors. The parties agreed upon a temporary arrangement, which can be found on the website Save your Ticket (www.safeyourticket.nl). Our voucher and refund policy is based on the Save your Ticket agreements. We’ll send an email with the details regarding this process to all of our ticket buyers next week.
The battle against COVID-19 rages on and we want to support everyone working tirelessly to combat the virus by expressing our love and sincere appreciation.
And don’t worry, we’ll be celebrating our 10 year anniversary full of vigour and determined rejoice in 2021!
