Welcome to Midnight City’s Outplay Label night!
ARTISTS
Fouk (a.k.a. Daniel Leseman - Artist & Junktion) are Outplay's label bosses. They can play keys, make dope beats and are travelling the whole world right now to showcase their sound. The USA, Italy, France, Romania, UK, Germany are infected by the sound of Fouk. They released on famous labels like Razor-N-Tape, Sleazy Beats Recordings, Heist Recordings, The House of Disco, Room With A View, Local Talk Records and of course their own Outplay.
Laurence Guy! Move D can't get enough of his music, posting video after video of some crazy gig in Japan (or wherever) playing Laurence Guy's music. And rightly so! His Music is Fresh, New and just Insanely good. Laurence released on labels like Church, Rose Records and of course Outplay.
Loz Goddard! This happy little lad released so much already on such a young age. Digital and Vinyl on some of the best labels in the niche. Labels like Razor-N-Tape, Secret Reels, Dirt Crew, Editorial Records and of course Outplay. He's also hosting his own radio show Downtown Groove sessions which is a lot of fun to listen to!
MCSS is the Midnight City Soundsystem!
THE LABEL
So if you're new to Outplay, here’s a little bit of background. Daniel and Hans have been producing music for years and were looking for a good label to release their tracks. They decided to start their own and in 2012 Outplay Records was born. After a few digital releases with their tracks, they converted the label to a vinyl only imprint in 2014. That's when the label really started to flourish and music lovers all over the world got introduced to the label. Especially Fouk's "Cat Lady" got to be a huge hit! The now renowned label released music of Fouk, Junktion, Daniel Leseman, Loz Goddard, Brame & Hamo and Laurence Guy and is ready for a lot more to come!
