Midnight City digs deeper into the bowels of house and pulls out only that sound which really grabs you. Fresh New Music with artists who often visit NL for the first time.

This time with the kings of disco editing, grooving and sampling from Ireland; Get Down Edits. Since the late 90’s they have been tearing up dancefloors and after advise from Mr Greg Wilson himself, they started their own vinyl label “Get Down Edits” in 2011. Featuring tracks by themselves and other heavyweight producers including Late Nite Tuff Guy, Deep & Disco, Fingerman and Deadly Sins. Shortly after they got invited to host their work on other successful labels and have worked with the likes of Disco Deviance, Glenview US, Editorial and Play Pal. Get Down Edits will play in the Netherlands for the first time.
From disco edit kings to the Dutch deephouse and sampling masters of the moment: FOUK! “Fouking hell, this is good” rolls from our tongs every time we hear their latest track. They run their own vinyl only imprint Outplay and get invited to release on many other topnotch labels, being as FOUK or separately as Daniel Leseman or Junktion. To name a few; Sleazy Beats, Slow Town, Razor-n-Tape, Pusic, Local Talk, Times are Ruff.
Support and warmup cannot be underestimated tonight. None other than Guy Monod will set the mood. Guy is a tremendous music lover with over 6.000 vinyl discs. Together with Kris Percy, in 2009, they started their blog to share good music: sleazybeats. Due to popular response and the urge to release good music, they started their vinyl only label Sleazy Beats in 2011, featuring downtempo disco and deephouse from artists like Eddie C, Tornado Wallace, LTJ Xperience, Frank Booker, Luvless, Andy Hart and Francis Inferno Orchestra.
