After a little break we decided to join back together and do what we do best, which is to give you the finest dance music and make sure you have a great time.
With a twist of a hospital look we named our event "Intensive Care". But don't take it literally though. We care intensively for our audience.
Therefore we have chosen our artists very carefully and for this first Intensive Care edition we have lined-up 3 heavyweights!
Eric de Man
With only 14 years of age Eric bought his first drum kit and influenced by funk and hip-hop he started to get the feeling for what he is doing now, well! When Eric met electronic music he was inspired by Kraftwerk and LFO, after that his career began. He produced tracks with Gyrate and later on in time he went on his own by the name Astrophunk. Eric started to dj at the underground warehouse parties in his hometown Arnhem and in 1993 he joined the Risk parties in Amsterdam. Eric also worked with big names like Derrick May, Kenny Larkin, Kevin Saunderson and Claude Young. We are very proud to have him at Intensive Care!!
Oz Romita
Intensive Care resident and Turkish native, but raised in Amsterdam, Oz has been working the scene since 1997. His productions have been picked up by elite imprints like; Monique Musique, Monique Speciale, Bonzai Music, Great Stuff Recordings, Yellowyax Recordings, Movement Recordings, SK Supreme, Bamboo Music and Repressure Recordings. In the year 2012 Oz joined forces with Bonzai Music and started a brand new label, Sounds R Us Recordings. The label holds big names like: Oliver Moldan, R.O.N.N (Ron Carroll), Anil Chawla, Tom Hades, Steve Mulder, D- Formation, Drumcomplex & Roel Salemink, Gabriel Ben, Dany Cohiba and Victor Vera. Oz is known for his fresh and energetic style. He developed a very wide and various taste of dance music from deep tech house to tech house.
Timothy Watt
Tim started to play back in the late 90's on his electronic keyboard and ever since he wanted to make good quality music. He joined Barefoot event in 2002 and this is where he had a boost to his career. His unexpected debut was on queen’s day 2002 in Amsterdam, where he was called on stage to do his thing by Holland’s finest dj; Robert Feelgood.
He developed a electronic music style by playing with dj’s like Erick E, Greg van Bueren, Jorgensen and many more. Lately Tim is working hard in the studios along side Farshad Kay to get his style on stage. We are delighted to have this talent at Intensive Care.
