24hour marathon @ De Machinefabriek (Bloemstraat 38)

De voorstelling Carrousel begint wanneer de danswedstrijd al 720 uur bezig is. Daarom starten cast & crew precies 720 uur voor de première een 24-uurs dansmarathon en JIJ MAG MEEDOEN! Je kunt inhaken of afhaken wanneer je wilt, maar houd je het (net als wij!) 24 uur vol dan krijg je een premièrekaart voor Carrousel. Sta je stil of komen je knieën op de grond? Dan ben je af!
Tijdens de marathon zijn er diverse workshops en activiteiten in De Machinefabriek: morning yoga, miniconcerten, spoken word, een theatrale inleiding op Carrousel, kom super gezond ontbijten, of schuif aan bij het diner. En de bar is 24 uur open!
De cast & crew laat zich individueel sponsoren en wil met deze uitdaging geld ophalen voor het werk van Artsen Zonder Grenzen. Dus kom op, dans mee (en nog beter: laat je ook sponsoren) voor de ervaring én het goede doel!
Je kunt binnenlopen en vertrekken op elk moment en de toegang is vrij.

At the start of the performance Carrousel, a dance marathon has been going on for 720 hours. Therefore the cast and crew start 24-hour dance marathon in De Machinefabriek - exactly 720 hours before the premiere of Carrousel.
JOIN THEM in this endurance contest and watch them struggle. Or participate in one of the many workshops and activities during the marathon: morning yoga and raving, mini-concerts, lectures on Carrousel, spoken word, healthy breakfast and a savory dinner.
Come and go as you like. If you stay for 24 hours (just like us), you’ve earned a ticket for the premiere of Carrousel!
