After the first BLOCKPARTY of the year, where Quinten 909 and Lars Vegas invited The Phantom’s Revenge, the time has come to invite some Dutch musical masterminds again.
■ Blokgolf (Auxiliary Tha Masterfader & Amateur)
is a two man producers army, consisting of the original discodictator Auxiliary Tha Masterfader and electrofunkateer Amateur. Their musical ambitions have taken them out of the studio and onto stage as Blokgolf, bringing the audience a mixture of disco, electro, rock, house, acid and pop with one common factor: the Blokgolf sound.
■ The Stress
is the man to call when Utrecht is in need of some feelgood house beats and/or waving Chinese cats. For BLOCKPARTY he brings his mix of futuristic disco, electro, indie and alternative dance to the capital city.
■ Quinten 909
is no stranger in the Amsterdam clubscene. This youngster sexified every Dutch festival and all clubs in Amsterdam in the last couple of years with his funky disco and house productions.
■ VJ Aintsane
will complete the night with his stunning live visuals and well-groomed facial hair.
■ BLOCKPARTY has been a solid force for years now, and is still going strong. As one of the first nights that embraced nu-disco, it has slowly evolved into a night that brings you a broader spectrum of dance music; disco, house, indie-dance & nu-disco.
