Anthony Rother brings his new concept STUDIOPHYSIK to Antwerp for the first time!
With his last album Verbalizer he had tasted blood. Now comes the noise. The noise of Techno. The noise at night. With a new label and a novel concept Anthony Rother brings the 4/4 sound to his birthplace back: the Club. The happening here works: The senses comprehensive magic of the moment. The sound pressure. The fog. The Strobolight. The ecstatic crowd sweating.
Studio Physics: The label concept
So far there have been DJ mainly two forms of presentation for a DJ in the Club: The classic set as an artistic mix of foreign material or the live act with machinery.
Rother has found a new way, with his new label Studio Physics. Studio Physics is a reservoir of self-produced tracks that are produced specifically for the upcoming club night. Buoyed by the energy of the current evening, the pieces are then supplemented and varied in the studio for the next event. For club owners and guests, this means they are part of an exclusive and irretrievable night with new Rother techno sounds.
