Ik heb al aardig wat van mijn favorieten artiesten geboekt. Voor de allereerste editie van 'op bezoek bij mij' stond ik in Watergate, Berlijn met mijn held Sebastién Léger op de album release party van zijn goede vrienden van Format B. Het kon dan ook niet uitblijven, en een uitnodiging voor een bezoekje aan mijn huiskamer volgde dan ook. Door de onovertroffen energieke sound van Format B zal jij deze nacht worden meegetrokken in een waanzinnige flow van overheerlijke muziek.

Ook dit keer weer een zwoele avond met de warme klanken van deephouse en techhouse. Muziek waarbij je wegdroomt, waarbij je tijdens het dansen het liefst je ogen dicht doet en alleen maar geniet.
Met liefde ontvang ik je in Club Poema, omgebouwd tot mijn huiskamer voor een intieme nacht. Ik steek de kaarsjes vast voor je aan! Het wordt weer genieten, dat is een belofte!

FORMAT:B (DE) live&dj (Franz) [Formatik]
Format:B are Franziskus and Jakob. After they were banging numerous hit-singles like "Vivian Wheeler", "Edding 850" and many others, they decided to found there own label Formatik Records in August 2009. In addition to that, they build up a new studio in Berlin Prenzlauer Berg to work on their second Album called “Restless”. Meanwhile they catched up a lot of brilliant Techno artists like Sébastien Léger, Hugo and Super Flu to work with. Super Flu were remixing the track “Gospel” - an outstanding Club hit, which finally brought Formatik Records to the ears of the world. As a consequence of their great success, Jakob and Franziskus were “forced” to play live on the whole planet. So they toured to Australia, Asia, USA and discovered their biggest fan-base in South America. In Berlin they found the Watergate Club as the best place to celebrate their own label nights.

TOBI KRAMER (DE) [Formatik]
When Tobi hears about the "Stil vor Talent" Remix Contest in spring 2011, he instantly knows: "I have to participate in there!" A few days after he submits his remix, Oliver Koletzki gives him a call. He is thrilled about Tobi's remix of Niko Schwind's song "Midnight". Tobi ranks third and not only is his remix released on Beatport, but he even debuts in the Tech House Charts! Oliver gets hooked on this young talent and lets him contribute a track to the "6 years of Stil vor Talent" compilation. Moreover he asks him to produce a remix for his album "Großstadtmärchen 2"!
End of last year, Formatik Records also hosts a Remix Contest. Tobi grasps this opportunity and remixes with "Socks & Sandals" a track from the current Format:B album. On the day he submits his remix, Franziskus tests it in the legendary Studio 80 in Amsterdam. It is THE record of the night and Tobi is instantly considered among the favorites of the contest. In the end, Jakob is equally enthusiastic and Tobi wins the contest. His remix gets released together with mixes from Pan-Pot and DJ PP.
The 23 year-old currently works on his first EP which is going to appear this fall on Formatik Records. Something to look forward to!

GUI MORIJN [Dagrust / Deep Dish Chase]
Gui Morijn started listening to electronic music at a very young age. At the age of 12 he started experimenting with producing electronic. First using software like FastTracker (in the early days) and Logic, and at a later stage also incorporating synthesizers and drum machines.
His love for hardware led him to the purchase of two turntables and a mixer and so his DJ-ing started.
In the summer of 2010 he had his first gigs in the underground techno scene in Utrecht. From that summer on things picked up rapidly. Nowadays he's been playing in venues all over The Netherlands.
His style ranges from House to Techno but the focus is on uplifting uptempo Techhouse.

VIKASH CHEDOE [Dagrust / Deep Dish Chase]
In 2005 Vikash Chedoe was introduced to techno. There was love at first sight. The love increase out to produce techno. Just years later in 2009 he started with playing techno music on his turntables. He creates a unique music selection with samples of enormous basses, hi hats and snares. A happily mix of uptempe techhouse.

EVA MARIA [resident]
In 2004 she started struggling with records at home on her brand new secondhand turntables. Not her neighbours, but the local scene was applauding this fact. Her infamous squat- and warehouse parties in Amsterdam are to this day still talked about.
Her DJ talent brought her already all over the globe. Highlights so far have included a Turkish beachtour, gigs on Awakenings (NL), Burning Man (Black Rock Desert/Nevada/USA), Arma 17 (Moscow), Underground (Ibiza), Sunwaves (Mamaia), Cosmobar (London) and so on and on... Cause of her excellent sets, clubs like Robert-Johnson (Frankfurt), Weekend and Watergate (both in Berlin) have invited her already several times to play.
